About this product
A mineral wax combining the advantages of paraffin waxes and microcrystalline waxes. In combination with mineral and natural oils it produces a strong gel network with high capacity resulting in excellent oil-binding capabilities. In stick formulations Permulgin 3279 functions as a oil gellant and improves texture, break resistance, oil binding and temperature stability. In emulsion formulations Permulgin 3279 functions as a consistency regulator, improves emulsion stability and when used in combination with Castor Wax (Hydrogenated Castor Oil) suppresses crystallisation of this wax.
