Exfoli-Foam provides gentle scalp exfoliation to improve the health of hair and scalp by removing dead skin cells, product build-up, and other impurities. TI-NatSurf® FHS provides a natural based sulphate-free cleansing application with an ultra rich foam. It has high electrolyte tolerance making it compatible with strong AHAs.
Pre-Mix Phase (A):
• Add #1 to container and mix at low to moderate speed with propeller blade while heating to 50¬∞C.
• Add #2 and move to homogenizer.
• Homogenize at 1,200 rpm for 3 min and 2,400 rpm for 3 min.
• Move back to mixer and mix at moderate speed for 15 min at 50 ºC.
Aqueous Phase (B):
• Add Water (#3) and heat to 80 ºC while mixing at high speed.
• Once at 80 ºC discontinue heat and begin cooling.
Completion:
• In a separate container add #4 and #5 and slowly neutralize to pH of 4.0, taking care not to surpass 50 ºC as the reaction will create heat.
• When the main beaker is at 55 ºC add components of Phase-C.
• Adjust pH further if required.
• At 50 ºC add #6 and continue mixing until at room temperature.
• If desired add colourant.
