Lather Up Buttercup Body Wash

A deeply moisturising, non-stripping body wash that leaves a soft post-rinse after feel. Formulated with TI-NatSurf® QCB to provide a high stable sulphate-free foam in the presence of oils. Butter-Plus™ E delivers effective barrier properties, combined with great moisturisation and excellent emolliency. Zeniberry® R-XX is a natural anti-oxidant with excellent foam boosting properties!

Aqueous Phase (A):

• Into a main vessel add component #1 and begin mixing using a dispersing blade at moderate speed.

• While mixing containing by adding ingredients #3 through #5 one at a time ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next one.

• Next, add ingredient #6 then increase mixing speed to high to fully disperse and incorporate.

• Once uniform, reduce mixing speed back to moderate, and begin heating to 80 ± 1 ºC.

Surfactant/Oil Phase (B):

• In a separate secondary vessel, add component #7, begin mixing at moderate speed.

• While mixing at moderate speed continue by adding ingredients #8 through #11 one at a time, ensuring to minimized air entraining in the process.

• While continuing to mix. begin heating to 80 ± 1 ºC.

Completion:

• Once both vessels are at target temperature of 80 ± 1 ºC, proceed by adding contents of the secondary vessel, Phase-B to the main vessel containing Phase-A, under continuous mixing at moderate speed and while maintain a temperature of 80 ± 1 ºC.

• Continue mixing while increasing speed to high for a period of 5 minutes.

• When completely homogeneous discontinue heat, begin cooling while mixing at low speed.

• At 40 ºC add #12, and/or #13 as desired, and mix each until is incorporated.

• Adjust to final pH using #14 and #15 as required.
